Crispy Oven-Fried Fish Fillets

Zesty Italian croutons are crushed to make the coating for this mouthwatering baked fish dish...and it's ready in just 25 minutes!
1/3 cup reduced fat (2%) milk
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups Pepperidge Farm® Zesty Italian Croutons, crushed
1 lb. firm white fish fillet, cut into 4 pieces (cod, haddock or halibut)
1/4 cup tartar sauce (optional)
Heat the oven to 450°F. Spray a baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
Pour the milk into a shallow dish. Place the flour onto a plate. Place the croutons onto a plate.
Dip the fish into the milk. Coat with the flour. Dip the fish into the milk again and coat with the croutons. Place the fish onto the baking sheet. Spray the fish with the cooking spray.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve the fish with the tartar sauce, if desired.
Easy Substitution: You can substitute any variety of Pepperidge Farm® croutons for the Zesty Italian croutons in this recipe.
