We use real cheddar cheese that’s aged to perfection in every batch of our distinctively tasty crackers.
We use extracts and concentrates from plants to make your Goldfish Colors… well, colorful!
The red Goldfish crackers are colored using a mix of beet juice concentrate and paprika extracted from sweet red peppers.
The red-orange ones are colored with paprika extracted from sweet peppers.
For orange, we use annatto extracted from the seeds of the achiote tree.
The green comes from watermelon and huito juice concentrates mixed with extracted turmeric.
