- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup steak sauce
- 4 Pepperidge Farm® Golden Potato Hamburger Buns, split or Pepperidge Farm® Onion Hamburger Buns with Poppy Seeds
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup French fried onions
Thoroughly mix the beef and 2 tablespoons steak sauce in a large bowl. Season the beef mixture as desired. Shape the beef mixture into 4 (1/2-inch thick) burgers.
Cook the burgers in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat for 15 minutes or until well browned on both sides and cooked through, brushing with the remaining steak sauce halfway through the cooking time.
Place the burgers on the buns. Top each burger with 1 tablespoon cheese and 1 tablespoon onions.
