Mexican Avocado Toast

Ingredients & Directions

  • 1/2 avocado, pitted peeled and mashed
  • 1 slice Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 15 Grain Bread, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon drained canned black beans
  • 1 tablespoon drained canned whole kernel corn
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 1 pinch chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice or lime juice

Spread the avocado on the bread slice.  Top with the beans and corn.  Season with the salt and chili powder and drizzle with the lemon juice.
