Ingredients & Directions
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 8 ounces cooked peeled deveined shrimp, finely chopped (about 1 1/4 cups)
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 package (9.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Cups, prepared according to package directions
Heat the butter in an 8-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook and stir for 30 seconds. Stir in the shrimp, parsley and lemon juice and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
Spoon the shrimp mixture into the pastry cups.
