Ingredients & Directions
- 8 slices Pepperidge Farm® Jewish Seedless Rye Bread, toasted
- 1/2 cup mayonnaisemixed with chopped fresh thyme or chives
- 2 large tomato, sliced
- 1 large Vidalia onionor other sweet onion, sliced
- 1 pound lean deli style roast beef, sliced
- 1 dash ground black pepper
Spread the mayonnaise on the bread slices. Divide the tomato, onion and beef among 4 bread slices. Season with the black pepper. Top with the remaining bread slices.
