Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Cut fruit snack strips into scarf shapes
- Melt candy – follow the melting instructions on any meltable candy or chocolate of your choice
- Dip Milano cookies in the candy or chocolate
- Place on a lined cookie sheet
- Add shredded coconut flakes
- Decorate – use candy to add buttons and earmuffs, then attach the scarves
- Refrigerate until candy or chocolate dip has hardened
- Draw eyes, mouths, and noses with icing
- Enjoy!
