Ingredients & Directions
- 3.5 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth or Swanson® Certified Organic Chicken Broth
- Swanson® Natural Goodness® Chicken Broth
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 stalks celery, coarsely chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 3 ounces mushrooms, sliced (about 1 cup)
- 1 package (14 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing
Heat the broth, black pepper, celery, onion and mushrooms in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
Add the stuffing to the saucepan and mix lightly.
