Chessmen® Banana Pudding

Ingredients & Directions

  • 1 1/2 packages Pepperidge Farm® Chessmen® Butter Cookies (36 cookies)
  • 2 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package (about 3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix

Arrange 12 cookies in the bottom of an 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Arrange half of the bananas in a single layer over the cookies.

Beat the heavy cream in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Do not overmix. Set whipped cream aside. Beat the milk, sweetened condensed milk and pudding mix in a large bowl with a whisk for 2 minutes. Add half of the whipped cream and combine.

Spread half of the pudding mixture over the bananas. Top with 12 cookies, the remaining banana slices and remaining pudding mixture. 

Garnish the top layer with the remaining whipped cream and evenly place 12 cookies on top. Cover the baking dish and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
