- 1 1/2 packages Pepperidge Farm® Chessmen® Butter Cookies (36 cookies)
- 2 medium banana, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 package (about 3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
Arrange 12 Pepperidge Farm® Chessmen® Butter Cookies in the bottom of an 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Arrange half of the bananas in a single layer over the Pepperidge Farm® Chessmen® Butter Cookies.
Beat the heavy cream in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Do not overmix. Set whipped cream aside. Beat the milk, sweetened condensed milk and pudding mix in a large bowl with a whisk for 2 minutes. Add half of the whipped cream and combine.
Spread half of the pudding mixture over the bananas. Top with 12 Pepperidge Farm® Chessmen® Butter Cookies, the remaining banana slices and remaining pudding mixture.
Garnish the top layer with the remaining whipped cream and evenly place 12 Pepperidge Farm® Chessmen® Butter Cookies on top. Cover the baking dish and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
