Ingredients & Directions
- 1/4 cup Russian dressing or Thousand Island dressing
- 8 slices Pepperidge Farm® Jewish Seedless Rye Bread
- 20 slices deli corned beef (about 3/4 pound)
- 8 slices Swiss cheese (about 8 ounces)
- 1 cup coleslaw (optional)
Spread the dressing on the bread slices. Top 4 bread slices with 5 slices corned beef and 2 slices cheese each. Top each with about 1/4 cup coleslaw, if desired, and the remaining bread slices.
