Ingredients & Directions
- 1 jar (12 ounces) refrigerated creamy ranch dressing
- 2 cups Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing, crushed
- 1.5 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into cubes
Spoon 3/4 cup dressing into a shallow dish. Place the stuffing onto a plate. Dip the chicken into the dressing. Coat with the stuffing. Place the chicken onto a baking sheet.
Bake at 400°F. for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve the chicken with the remaining dressing for dipping.
