Greek Salad & Hummus Sandwich

Ingredients & Directions

  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 2 slices Pepperidge Farm® Harvest Blends™ Seeded Grain Bread or Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 15 Grain Bread
  • 1/2 medium cucumber, cut into 6 thin slices
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 thin slices tomato
  • 2 thin slices red onion

Spread the hummus on bread slice.  Top with the cucumber, cheese, tomato, onion and remaining bread slice.
