Hawaiian Ham Sandwiches

Ingredients & Directions

  • 4 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread
  • 1/4 cup shredded reduced fat Colby cheese
  • 2 leafs romaine lettuce
  • 4 reduced sodium deli ham
  • 2 thin slices fresh pineappleor drained canned pineapple
  • 2 slices red onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard

Toast the bread slices.  Top each hot bread slice with 1 tablespoon cheese.

Divide the lettuce, ham, pineapple and onion between 2 bread slices.  Top each with 1/4 teaspoon mustard and the remaining bread slices.
