Hummus & Cucumber Cups

Ingredients & Directions

  • 1 container (8 ounces) hummus
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped English (seedless) cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 package (9.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Cups, prepared according to package directions
  • 24 fresh parsleysprigs

Stir the hummus, cucumber and red pepper in a small bowl.

Spoon about 2 teaspoons hummus mixture into each pastry cup. Top with the parsley.
