Lobster Salad Cups

Ingredients & Directions

  • 7 ounces (1 container) cooked lobster meat, drained and chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery (optional)
  • 1 package (9.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Cups, prepared according to package directions

Stir the lobster meat, mayonnaise and celery, if desired, in a small bowl.

Spoon the lobster mixture into the pastry cups.
