Ingredients & Directions
- 8 teaspoons roasted garlic-flavored hummus
- 4 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, toasted
- 1/2 cup drained roasted red bell peppercut into strips
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Coarsely ground black pepper
Spread 2 teaspoons hummus on each bread slice. Divide the peppers, basil and cheese among the bread slices. Season with the vinegar and black pepper.
