Prosciutto & Pesto on 3-Cheese Bread

Ingredients & Directions

  • 2 tablespoons basil pesto
  • 2 slices Pepperidge Farm® Cheese Bread - 3 Cheese Italian Bread, toasted
  • 1 ounce prosciutto, very thinly sliced (about 4 slices)
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed arugula

Spread the pesto on the bread slices.  Layer 1 bread slice with the prosciutto and arugula.  Top with the remaining bread slice.
