Ingredients & Directions
- 2 tablespoons basil pesto
- 2 slices , toasted
- 1 ounce prosciutto, very thinly sliced (about 4 slices)
- 1/4 cup loosely packed arugula
Spread the pesto on the bread slices. Layer 1 bread slice with the prosciutto and arugula. Top with the remaining bread slice.
