Roast Beef with Onion & Avocado Sandwiches

Ingredients & Directions

  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 8 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain Honey Wheat Bread
  • 16 thin slices deli style roast beef (about 12 ounces)
  • 1 medium red onion, cut in half and thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 small avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced

Spread the horseradish on 4 bread slices. Top with the beef, red onion, avocado and remaining bread slices.
