Ingredients & Directions
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
- 8 slices
- 16 thin slices deli style roast beef (about 12 ounces)
- 1 medium red onion, cut in half and thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 small avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
Spread the horseradish on 4 bread slices. Top with the beef, red onion, avocado and remaining bread slices.
Helper: This recipe can be halved to make 2 servings.
