- 4 teaspoons prepared tapenade
- 4 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 15 Grain Bread, toasted
- 1/2 cup arugulaleaves
- 6 ounces sliced roasted chickenbreast
- 6 tomatoslices
Spread the tapenade on 2 bread slices. Top with the arugula, chicken, tomato and remaining bread slices.
Tip: This recipe can be halved to make 1 serving.
