Roast Chicken Sandwiches with Tapenade

Ingredients & Directions

  • 4 teaspoons prepared tapenade
  • 4 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 15 Grain Bread, toasted
  • 1/2 cup arugulaleaves
  • 6 ounces sliced roasted chickenbreast
  • 6 tomatoslices

Spread the tapenade on 2 bread slices.  Top with the arugula, chicken, tomato and remaining bread slices.

Tip: This recipe can be halved to make 1 serving.
