Sideline Spicy Bean Spread

Ingredients & Directions

  • 1 can (about 16 ounces) white cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1.5 cups Pace® Chunky Salsa
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantroleaves
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 package Pepperidge Farm® Harvest Wheat Distinctive Crackersor your favorite Pepperidge Farm crackers

Mash the beans lightly in a 1-quart bowl with a fork. Stir in the salsa, cilantro and lime juice. Let stand for 15 minutes. Serve with the crackers.
