Walnut-Cheddar Ball

Ingredients & Directions

  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese(about 8 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 medium green onion, chopped (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 dash paprika
  • 64 (2/3 of a 13-ounce package) Pepperidge Farm® Cracker Favorites

Stir the cheese, walnuts, mayonnaise, onion, mustard and Worcestershire in a medium bowl. Shape the mixture into a ball. Roll the ball in parsley and paprika to coat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with the crackers.
